Key terms, conditions, and operational boundaries that define the scope and interpretation of our data exposure analysis services.

Within our platform, a "Data Exposure Pattern" refers specifically to a recurring, identifiable sequence of events or configurations within monitored systems that indicates potential or actual unauthorized data movement or access. This does not include general data usage or standard operational transfers.
Our monitoring services are limited to the analysis of information flow and exposure patterns across the systems explicitly integrated with our platform. We do not monitor personal user devices, private networks not under contract, or any system outside the defined technical and legal perimeter agreed upon in the service agreement.
The insights, reports, and visualizations generated by Leakinsight are analytical tools intended to inform decision-making. They are not guarantees of security, predictions of future breaches, or legal advice. The platform organizes and presents data based on configured parameters; ultimate interpretation and action remain the responsibility of the client.
"Real-time" tracking and reporting refer to data processing with minimal latency as defined by system capabilities and network conditions. It does not imply instantaneous or 100% continuous coverage. Processing delays may occur due to system maintenance, data volume, or external factors beyond our reasonable control.
All source data provided by the client for analysis remains the exclusive property of the client. Leakinsight claims no ownership over client data. Analytical outputs (reports, dashboards, visualizations) generated by our platform are licensed for use by the client under the terms of the service agreement but are derived from our proprietary analytical frameworks.
